Thanks to the team today for all of their efforts at Perthshire today. It was a very good match between two very committed teams.

Our lads showed some great resilience in defence (some of the best defence we have seen from the boys this year) against a powerful opposition but also managed to force Perthshire back into their own half on a number of occasions with some very strong attacking running. Discipline once again let us down a bit, but that is something that is well within our gift to fix. There was no questioning the boys commitment though or their desire to win.

Final score was Perthshire 10 – Currie Chieftains 22. Scorers were Hardie with 3 tries and McCallum with 1 try and 1 conversion.
